I toured an apartment last night that was $1450/mo. - The Company was based in China - The Landlord forgot our meeting and had to reschedule it - The Landlord's buddy was sleeping in the unit "temporarily" - The Landlord had no idea where the trash disposal was. This was a 1br unit that didn't even have a full kitchen, and no place to put a microwave.
