There are rare exceptions with female comic book characters like She-Hulk or Orca, but by and large, the majority of the females are portrayed as lithe regardless of strength. Even most female characters that would be considered top tier/Super strong are usually toned as hell vs bulked. Super Girl, Power Girl, Rogue, Phoenix, Jessica Jones, Sif, Gamora, all built like supermodels not female bodybuilders.
