You could be fiscally conservative - i.e. small government, lower taxation, etc. - but then socially liberal - pro gay marriage, pro abortion, anti-police militarization, etc. So yes, you could be conservative and a feminist. It's just not very common. Where this gets confused is when you have a conservative female leader and people confusing that with feminism. "See, Theresa May, we're feminist!"
