Whenever it's not banned, it's usually that clutch card that solves everything I would certainly say it's stronger than Raigeki, especially considering all the protection in the modern game. Back then, it was good sure, but not massively better than Mirror Force, and if someone was shitposting 4+ monsters against you, you're probably gonna lose anyway.
