Actually the bible kinda does explain the incest part a bit, if you look at the life span of humans.

As they kept having kids, those kids have shorter and shorter lifespans, why? Because of incest!!

Adam and Eve where eternal, and probably their kids where as well, but as their children kept having more kids with each other, the line got weaker and weaker until people only lived around 100 years or so max.

Also who is to say Adam and Eve where not monkeys? The ate of the fruit of knowledge and became humans, with the knowledge of good and evil, but monkeys are still innocent.

Which kinda makes sense because if you look at the world today, monkeys seem like poor suffering creatures being tormented by humans (along with pretty much every other living thing on this earth).

We are not humans, but devils, and this is our hell, which we have created ourselves.
