| Topic | What's a good free software for throttling my internet speed? |
| Slip-N-Slide 06/11/17 5:20:11 AM #1: | I just need a software that can limit my upload speed with because I have slow Internet and if in uploading my download speed goes to unusable shit levels. NetBalancer worked perfectly but the trial is over so I can't use it anymore and NetLimiter is what I'm using currently and it doesn't really seem to work right for me. I can't get it to lower my upload speed any lower than 100kbps and I really need to lower it to around 75kbps which is about 50% of my max speed and seems to be where I need to keep it in order to still get reasonable download speed as well.
