Topic	Do you usually use conditioner when you wash your hair?

Shampoo is alkaline and conditioner is acidic. It keeps your hair at optimal pH. 2 in 1 stuff does not work the same and does not properly condition. That acid is needed to make your cuticle lay flat. Without it you're more prone to dry, frizzy, dull, knotted, and broken hair. It's not as noticeable with short hair but very noticeable with long hair. You'll still have much nicer hair if you condition (or rinse with an appropriate acidic liquid after washing) Interesting. This is probably why my hair was fuzzy and knotted when I had it long.
