Topic	What's a cheap PC that can run games like Skyrim, Fallout 4

He told me he managed to find a really good deal I always hear people bragging about how they made a great gaming PC for little to nothing, but they're always so vague/obscure about what deals they used and whatnot. My idiot brother bought a very expensive gaming PC a few years ago (same year Far cry 4 came out), and it could only run the game well on low settings. Sounds like he didnt know what he was doing, I bought gaming PC parts in 2014 and I can run Farcry 3 on highest settings minus antialising set to max, FarCry 4 isnt that different I'd probably at least running it in high settings. The thing is you got to buy parts, not pre-builds.
