Out of that list, Cloud Computing probably has the most opportunity for growth in the long run. Large corporations are huge on moving their stuff into the cloud, and they have a LOT of stuff to move.

Cyber Security would be second, and all the others are pretty much out of date already. Databases are moving towards a no-sql solution, basic programming jobs are moving to India because it is cheaper to do them there, Virtualization is dead due to the decreased cost of hardware (and cloud computing), and Web Development is being replaced by tools that give you full websites right out of the box with minimal setup.

Also don't get into mobile development, there really is no money in it unless you are really lucky or get a large contract from a bigger company.
