You're not stealing anything though.

If copy A of "Super Awesome Game 2" has already been paid for, then the company got their money. You can now sell that disc off to anyone you like because it is now your property.

If copy B of "Super Awesome Game 2" hasn't been paid for, and you take it, the company hasn't received money. It's not your property, and you're a thief.

Now when it comes to digital games, even purchasing via Steam, you don't really "own" the game. You purchase the right to download and play that game any time for the rest of your life or at least until that platform stops existing. If you don't pay for it though, you don't get that right, and you're still a thief. Or rather, a pirate, as they so like to call themselves.
