Keep at it TC. I'm trying to stick to a low carb diet as well, but I'm failing a lot because frankly I love bread, work in a Bakery and I'm weak willed.

The problem I have with any of these diets, be it keto, low carb, etc, is the fact that you don't NEED to give up these foods you love. Being in a calorie deficit yields the same results regardless of your marco-nutrient split. Now some things will keep you satiated longer, but no single diet is better than others. For anyone who thinks being in ketosis nets more fat loss, link me to some studies, would love to read them.
At the end of the day, find out your TDEE, eat less than that, workout, and bam you will lose weight.
work out and eat healthy!! mad props to the people who don't eat bead, rice, sugar, pasta and fried foods. hell today I worked out and as for my food i had 4 bananas, 6 carrots, 8 boiled eggs, 1 pickle and a few slices of ham cold cuts. i love eating this way. ---
