Do you regularly respond to questions you don't want to answer by shoving the person who asked you and berating them? You don't know the context. People with any street smarts could sniff out the exact type of person that reporter is. I can almost guarantee you that he already asked that question a number of times and was harassing the guy at this point. And being annoying justifies assault? Harassment does, yes.
