Balrog0 posted...so what kind of things are you eating? eggs mixed with bacon or avocado in the morning. alternatively, unflavored greek yogurt. dinner is stuff like chicken, steak, salmon (standard proteins) combined with spinach, broccoli, asparagus, etc. lunch is typically leftovers from the previous night's dinner the key thing is to minimize carb intake from sources like grains (pasta, bread), starches (potatoes and roots) and sugar. any diet that minimizes or excludes those is fine, so there's no set meal plan that I have to abide to. I just happen to really like eggs I also intentionally aim for higher fat content using things such as olive oil, coconut oil, and fresh butter. also plenty of salt, at least in the beginning phases (because of the lack of water retention of carbs, I have to increase my water consumption significantly to stave off dehydration, which leads to the flushing of electrolytes like sodium) ...
