| wolfy42 05/22/17 11:16:35 AM #8: | You can find decent pizza almost anywhere, and, in most cities, there is going to be pizza that is better then the rest. That being said, something in the water on the east coast makes a better dough and especially Mozz cheese (the cheese is the real key). You can't get the same flavor anywhere else, and the best pizza places in most areas across the US ship water in from NY to make their cheese. It's becoming more common for them to do so now. Sadly I do not have such a place in or near Olympia WA, but I did near Gilroy CA. I once flew across the US to NY just for pizza (and some water Mozz I brought back from a deli), that was sooo long ago.
