Tell me a "plant food" meal that could be described as fun or tasty or filling. My biggest problem is how I eat, switching what i eat isn't that bad so long as the new thing isn't miserable which (while I may focus on it too much) does come up as suggestions in health related topics.

The easiest thing to do is to just become a fan of salad. And not just the tiny side salads you get with a meal, but one of those big Zaxby's sized salads that literally is the meal. The more types of vegetables are in the salad, the more satisfying it will be. As long as you're not drenching it in 2,000 calories worth of dressing, eating vegetables generally has a negative caloric effect, which makes calorie counting irrelevant. Fruit is also great for breakfast because of the natural sugar, but normally I just eat cereal. For dinner though, I am not the best person to ask for "fun" or "tasty" dishes as I simply just boil frozen vegetables because I'm too lazy to learn how to make anything else. There's tons of recipes online though.

So when's the last time you had a dinner you enjoyed?

I don't really think about dinner too much, I just eat it so I can stop being hungry and go back to what I was doing. It's passable, but not special. I used to experiment with a lot of different recipes a couple years back, like a few salmon dishes, sorbets, and some other names I don't remember. But then I lost all the recipes with my last phone so I just said fuck it. If dinner is really important to you, then you should know how to cook already.
