The easiest thing to do is to just become a fan of salad. And not just the tiny side salads you get with a meal, but one of those big Zaxby's sized salads that literally is the meal. The more types of vegetables are in the salad, the more satisfying it will be. As long as you're not drenching it in 2,000 calories worth of dressing, eating vegetables generally has a negative caloric effect, which makes calorie counting irrelevant. Fruit is also great for breakfast because of the natural sugar, but normally I just eat cereal. For dinner though, I am not the best person to ask for "fun" or "tasty" dishes as I simply just boil frozen vegetables because I'm too lazy to learn how to make anything else.
