Lol They thug fleed as well. The guy still should have called the police and request a meat wagon. How do you know he didn't? The story doesn't say that the victim did or didn't call. Nonetheless, he obviously cooperated with police in the investigation. If I'm ever in a shooting in a shady area, I'm driving the fuck out of there before reinforcements arrive and then call the police.
