This is however only allowed for specific crimes and can be rescinded for numerous reasons such as high flight risk, etc. -People do drive to bars but they generally either get a designated driver or take a cab back. No. The general rule is 15% but you can tip whatever you want or nothing at all. If the service is bad, then don't tip. That's the reason a tip exists. -I don't think I've ever met a person who was offended by the word.
