First, they pushed me from the left to the center. Now I'm leaning more right. I honestly weap for the levels of degeneracy coming in the next generations. I pretty much had the same experience. I was pretty left for a while there as I was going through college and what not, but recent years have pushed me the other way. Mostly into libertarian leave-me-the-fuck-alone territory. Voted for Obama in both terms and while I wasn't wowed by any candidate in 2016, I was on board with the Bern for a while before I started getting much more jaded by the election cycle.
