Yes, there is something wrong with treating a delusional person like they're perfectly fine. It's harmful to both the person who's embraced the pseudoscience and to society. The person who thinks they're genderfluid should be seeking therapy and not relying on people like you to tell us to "accept" them. You're not being helpful.
