I wish that were true, but I guess it moves fast for people who actually have things to enjoy in life rather than those like me bitter and alone just going through another 24 hour day of disappointment and failure wishing they'd never wake up each time they go to bed at night.

I recall reading that if you do the same shit every day then time will move faster because your brain is essentially editing out unnecessary moments.

Explains why I can never remember my drive to and from work.

I have a super repetitive job and the past 2.5 years just flew by. It's kinda scary. Especially since I'm kinda wasting my life at that job.

Same, but I've been here almost five years. I just got an invitation to a 5-year luncheon with all the top guys and it hit me that it feels like I first sat down for my interview yesterday.

I get this weird anxious feeling that I'm "out of time" but I'm only 24. I'm happily married and a homeowner, so idk what it is but I feel like the best time of my life has already passed.

Maybe it's because I don't really have any friends anymore. There's one guy I've been friends with since kindergarten that I talk to on Facebook basically every day but we hardly ever hang out. All my other friends are too busy with their lives for any of us to ever do shit. Hence why I spend so much time on CE.

Maybe I'm just depressed. I dunno.
