Topic	Do you partake in anything stereotypical hipster?

But I was fortunate enough to live with a great chef who gave me a ton of perspective on the restaurant trade, so I've stopped being that guy who needlessly criticises food without understanding what goes into it. His biggest pain was getting those part time food bloggers in who would complain that "the ceviche was unbalanced", like they even know the first fucking thing about what a ceviche is or whatever the fuck unbalanced means.
