Is it the expanding of the otherwise framework-setting of the original Alien movies that upsets people? I mean, it's not like Ridley has rushed the exposition of the franchise--It developed a little bit through the primary movies, and decades after he released Prometheus to fill out the story setting more. The characters were fine. The exploration of the facility and visual direction were great. The story was interesting and thrilling. I dunno, I thought it was good.
