It assumes that the mods are always 100% correct, which we know isn't true and they even admit it by allowing us to dispute. Want to try again? Of course the mods are not 100% correct. I do notice a trend, however, that people complaining about moderations are often serial offenders. What seems more plausible: - the mods have a list of users they try to moderate at any opportunity?
