This is absurd. It didn't exist a long time ago because the technology either didn't exist or it was too expensive to use. The tech exists now and it's cheaper so companies are using it. I mean, I've posted multiple sources on this and you continue to ignore it to promote your conservative slanted propaganda to get people thinking coal is the greatest thing ever and all these other things are bad.
