I basically bought the trilogy version as insurance in case I never got a copy of Ninja Gaiden 3 on NES. Now that my NES isn't working, it's the only access I have to any of the three games. (I'll get a replacement NES or a new set of pin connectors at some point though.) For what it's worth, it's still fun.
