legendarylemur 04/18/17 4:09:06 PM #6:	Actually, North Korea upon the initial separation did better than South Korea for a few years. They had a better leader and South Korea had a dictator. It's just that SK had foreign countries they can develop off of, having one of the highest developmental rate in history, and NK ran stagnant for decades. I remember during the early 90's, a movement to reunite Korea still ran strong.
