Fair warning; although I haven't seen the anime myself, I keep reading comments that it's a prime example of "anime that doesn't respect the source manga and just does whatever it wants" and that it has horrible pacing and barely gives time to explain character backstories and motivations. Also, apparently it introduced an anime-specific mascot-type character.
