Instead of driving to their house, I fly them out to see us. I literally pay money so that I -don't- have to go to Nashville. BUT...at least it's not as bad as Memphis. Nashville will always have that. Trinity lane is like magnolia ave of knoxville haha --- Him being greedy is a good thing. That means he'll want to spend less and help us get out of this debt.
