Topic	Is North Korea that bad? Or is it just propaganda?

You only really need to take over Pyongyang. There's no point though. South Korea has long since given up on potentially helping NK because it'll actually almost destroy SK financially. US is probably gonna go in and get out and leave the country to fester. China doesn't give a shit.
