Topic	US internet providers stopped sending priacy warnings a few months ago

I believe they only send them if the copyright holder files a complaint. Basically, some movie/TV/music studio would be on the torrent network and records the IP of anyone who connects to download or host. They'd then file a complaint with the ISP for those addresses. And it's usually HBO or Disney. I think they have whole departments dedicated to stopping piracy of their product.
