There are ways to present the situation when calling in the police, and United Airlines probably didn't really represent the situation accurately. I'm not saying it's all their fault the police were brutal but like, consider how Police Officers would react being called in for a reported shots fired vs a reported drunk and disorderly and you sorta get how United Airlines might be at fault to an extent too. It's not really possible to know how they presented it, but I would lean they probably dressed it up in an inaccurate way for the officers to be so on edge and act so rashly. --- No problem!
