It's not surprising CE is filled with either single people or awkward pretentious folk, seeing as how some of them believe a female dressing this way makes it acceptable to catcall. Catcalling is just weird, it makes you look bad and makes the girl feel uncomfortable. We're human, if somebody looks, you can't fault them, and I never would. But if you genuinely can't stop yourself from harassing a woman based on how she's dressed, I would seriously consider seeking a therapist.
