Given that it's nearly 3am, not sure what they expect people like me to do about it since it's not like I'm going to be out on the road or anything considering that the state basically closes down around 11. The point is that when you do eventually leave your house, and the case isn't resolved yet, you'll at least be aware that there's a kidnapped child that's out there.

Eh, given that the notice suggested they were headed for NYC (which takes less than 3 hours from where it happened), it's not terribly likely but sure, I guess. In my case, I can't really recognize car makes so I wouldn't be much help if I was so inclined to help.

I almost forgot. Here in Minnesota there was an Amber Alert and this person looked out their window and saw the guy who had kidnapped the kid pulled into the house right across the street so they called the police.

So you don't even need to leave the house to possibly help an abducted kid.

That's kinda nuts. However, I'm kinda rural so that'd be unlikely.
