That even in high end content, you aren't going to use a character your team that only has their default SB, unless you want to take your chances with a Cid Mission. I just make use of what I have. I've gotten so burned with bad luck on so many mobile games that I've gradually stopped caring about bad pulls. I've been through a lot worse than what Natwaf went through. Aside from the relics, all there are record spheres for upgrading a characters, but I haven't done those much. Though I've never tried the torment dungeons and have barely done any of the nightmare stuff, so I don't know if those are needed.
