Forgetting whether Fandango as a character was played right in response to it, WWE accelerated its death a ton by acknowledging it. HERP A DERP LOOK AT THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA!!! If they'd just let it exist-- maybe use camerawork during his entrance to cut to audience doing it as a subtle nod to it, people would've done it longer. WWE instead was basically saying "yes please keep doing this this awesome!" which as you might expect had the exact opposite effect. If WWE really wants to kill "What?" that would be the perfect way to do it. Do a bunch of social media segments about it. Maybe have the tron display "WHAT?" when the audience would normally do it. Basically just try to encourage it as best you can-- would kill it dead. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
