Were I doing a ranking topic with nominations and someone gave me a low-quality video, I'd hardly take the time to find a better link myself--even if the low sound quality cost it points. Similar thing here; yeah, some definitely gained or lost points based on the exact video that was given, but eh, that happens even under rational ratings.
