Andis has the only key and the orb was apparently gone prior to Rohl dying based on what Rohl asked Ahlbi. I could be wrong, but I am under the impression that because Rohl's bloody handprint is on the treasure box, something else was the murder weapon. Looking at the evidence, I see that Andis was playing a different instrument during the seance than he has in court. Now I play the waiting game to present that in court. Well that didn't take long. If Andis really did burn it, then all that you have to do is get another one of those instruments and compare it to the wound. Then again, the police has been shown to be pretty damn incompetent.
