Since you can re-do genometric events (and in some cases are encouraged because you can get unlockable album images, crystals, etc. from different options) it can mess with the event flags. I believe the event flags reflect whatever you did last in that event, so if you changed around some of your answers in earlier events experimenting with trying to clear it before, you may have to revert them back to the "right" answers for everything to work out. You can't always just skip to the latest event and assume it will all work out. Worst case scenario you'd have to "re-do" the genometrics level by replaying the events in order. This isn't specific to Ion's genometrics, but all of them, it's just here is the first place I typically see people have some issues with this. Robazoid posted... They also had to fight an 8th dimensional prototype, and this was by far the hardest, longest battle in the game so far. I'm probably just underleveled nope the boss is just glitched. Has higher stats than it should. You just have to deal with that, there isn't really a solution other than "win anyway." It's... unfortunate.
