She hasn't shown up or even been mentioned in a while and now Prometheus has Talia with him so why even need Artemis at all? I'm sure she has way less skill than those two and I can't see her really doing anything to Oliver's group. I mean maybe she could hurt Curtis, but that's probably the best she could manage without a case of bad writing. To me, Artemis filled her role for Prometheus and allied with him more for her own personal reasons.
