I'm pretty sure they do I used to have a Frederick with Spur Def that I used with Tharja that I was almost certain it worked for. Mostly because I didn't even realize what that ability meant cause of obtuse wording and just noticed Tharja's absurd damage variance. Admittedly haven't done this in a long time (current account doesn't have Tharja) so possible I was wrong, but I kinda don't see why Spurs would be coded differently. --- No problem!
