Chapters 9 and 10, but especially 9 always felt like a breather after the Collapse chapters/calm before the storm that is the final two chapters. That 9 was a pretty Cas-centric chapter with Nero having a big role is what made me think you'd like it more than I did since I was just sad that Ion and Nay were in the background there.

Chapter 12 could actually be a bit shorter than that if you want it to be. One video that's 38 minutes is just looking at all the old map screens at that point/semi-sound test of their map themes since you don't always get to see/hear them during the course of the videos. There's also a few videos here and there that aren't related to the story that you could cut if you absolutely wanted to and gain like an hour. (If you wanted to do that I could tell you which ones they are) I mean, Chapter 12 is still massive and the biggest chapter by far, but if you wanted to cut some corners there you could.

You mean the ones in the special event playlist? I watched them all, yeah. And not really, they're just some bonus scenes you get to see with non-memory Ion, usually relating to the holidays. Ion reading Filament Star is by far the most significant one, but you said you watched that, right? That said, the others are short and there's only like 5 of them so it's not like it would take much time if you wanted to check them out.
