I'd absolutely love to see a new Parasite Eve (I loved it so much at the time, I actually bought the Japanese movie). The problem is, I'd want it to feel like a continuation of the feel/story of the first game, not what the franchise turned into with the later two games.

I honestly never cared about any of the other franchises listed.

I'll throw Fear Effect into the mix though. And Clock Tower. Those are two other horror franchises I'd love to see make a comeback, so long as they capture the feel of the original games in those franchises, rather than turning to shit the way the later games in those franchises did.
