I would think so the Winchesters are two brothers who lost their mother at an early age and their dad was basically an absent father making Dean basically kinda become Sam's dad or at least he thinks of himself like that there is nothing gay about it unless you think a man expressing feelings for another man even his literal brother is somehow gay which is idiotic infact due to trauma caused by demons they found it hard to love other people as it would involve them in demon shenanigans so that only strengthened their bond as they being brothers already loved each other however sexually we see they find some girl and fulfill that desire it is only that they worry getting too close means demons kill said person if said person wasn't already a demon tricking them I get that fan smut exists but that has nothing to do with the central argument cause fans gonna make smut ...
