Topic	Nintendo's new 'summon and fight' patent could threaten hundreds of video games

They are supposed to be regulating this shit, not just rolling over and saying 'sure' every time someone asks nicely. Of course corporations are going to try their luck. Patent offices are supposed to keep them in check. The thing is that there's an absolutely impossible number of patents. What's needed is a complete overhaul of trademark, patent and copyright laws.
