Topic	Does Alien Earth retcon Prometheus and Covenant?

I think the major lore conflict so far is that the ship in Alien: Earth launched before the Prometheus did yet it is still pretty clearly a Weyland-Yutani ship. The companies had not merged until after Prometheus.
