Topic	Why are Manuela and Hanneman such trash units?

Even if Manuela has Warp, there's no reason to not just recruit Lysithea or Linhardt instead. They bring much more value to a team than the effort of training Manuela through her reason bane. Hanneman... doesn't even have that. I want to want to use them. But why would I? Edit: Yes, yes, there are no bad units in Three Houses.
