I mean, by and large I dont think Lisa is meant to be funny. Certainly she is pretty deliberately the least-funny member of the main cast. Shes there to play the straight woman and any funny moments she has generally come from her reactions to those around her.

I cant remember the episode or even the situation, but there was one time where she let out a slow, painful doh! That brief subversion of expectations is probably the funniest Ive ever seen her on her own.
