Hi. I figured Id do another Save my (dont worry, I promise Ill finish it this time), and what better than to host a Save my featuring characters from a series celebrating a milestone anniversary next year. Thats right, this time the focus is on Biohazard/Resident Evil, Capcoms popular horror franchise thats turning 30.

Unlike my previous Save mys which had a preset list of contestants, this time the selection will be decided by voting.

Heres the nomination rules:

• You can nominate (up to) 15 characters from the Resident Evil series to be in. Characters with at least 5 votes will be put in. If a character already has 5 votes theres no need to vote for them more. A character with 10 votes will be treated the same as one with 5.
• Try to be specific with your nominations and use full names. There are loads of characters to keep track of, and some characters have similar names throughout the series.
• You can only nominate a character once.
• No trading for noms.
• If youre retracting nominations, please be clear about who youre retracting a vote from. Also, I wont enforce this, but I would prefer if you didnt retract noms from characters with exactly 5 votes. It makes it easier for me that way.
• Im going to list characters in roughly alphabetical order.

The series is turning 30 years so well have 30 characters.

If theres enough interest/we fill up the slots, then this will begin on August 1st. Otherwise, Ill simply cancel it.
