No shit, because thats the correct way to say it.

And in general word order matters across languages for how information is loaded into a message. You do it in English subconsciously all the time when you use two or more adjectives for a noun.

Thanks, but its not subconscious for me. I have to teach it. However, thats in no way relevant to dates.
